St. Louis Traffic Lawyer

We thank you for your interest and consideration; we are always grateful for your business and referrals.

The Traffic Law Headquarters was and still is a family endeavor - proud ownership and active participation in client satisfaction, case management, and daily law firm business. After more than a decade of practicing law, we have earned a loyal client following because of personal attention to clients, professional handling of cases, and affordable attorney's fees (from $45 for traffic tickets).

In fact, several insurance company agents refer their customers to us, and at least 80% of our business comes from former clients and their referrals. We have more than 27 years of combined office/legal knowledge and training. We represent clients throughout the State of Missouri for traffic tickets, DWI's, criminal, and injury cases - no appointment necessary, walk-ins welcomed. Client satisfaction is our #1 priority. Please contact one of our offices to learn how we can help you.

All Traffic Tickets

  • Traffic Tickets (any variety)
  • DWI, DUI, DUID
  • Driving While Suspended or Revoked
  • Careless and Imprudent Driving
  • Reckless Driving
  • Aggressive Driving
  • Tickets with Accidents
  • Construction Zone Tickets

Don't plead guilty! For the typical, minor traffic ticket (i.e. stop sign, speeding, etc.) the attorney's fee is $45. That's all you pay the Traffic Law Headquarters to have your ticket amended (reduced, "fixed") to a non-moving violation. If you plead guilty to a moving violation like a speeding ticket or other type of "point producing" criminal offense, such as a DWI, the points and conviction will be assessed against your driving record and will remain there for at least three years, perhaps longer, depending on the nature of the violation. Some traffic/criminal convictions like a DWI may remain on your driving record forever.

At a minimum, points and convictions will very likely cause an increase in your insurance premiums. It's a fact. Call your insurance agent and ask. Several insurance agents, who work for large, well known companies, frequently refer their customers to us and have informed our offices that insurance companies typically increase your monthly premium payments 10% to 20% for each point on your driving record. Even more disturbing, in some cases your very privilege to drive may be in jeopardy because of too many points, missing a court date, failing to maintain insurance, DWI/DUI, Abuse and Lose, Zero Tolerance, Minor in Possession, certain misdemeanor and felony cases, and a host of other violations which will cause problems. You may not even be aware of some violations which produce points on your record: failing to dim or operate (turn-on) your headlights at night - two points and the conviction! We know the laws and will protect your rights.

No matter what kind of driver's license you have, there is nothing to gain but always something to lose if you plead guilty to a moving violation. The prudent strategy is to hire our attorney. It's very affordable and stress-free. We monitor your case closely and ensure it proceeds correctly through the court system as planned. If you plead guilty to a moving violation in the State of Missouri, the Missouri Department of Revenue will assess points against your Missouri driving record. Be aware that many states share information about driving records through what's called the "interstate compact." This is an agreement by States to exchange information concerning license suspensions and traffic violations of non-residents. The States then forward the information to the state where the driver is licensed, known as the "home state." In Missouri, the number of points assessed on a driving record depends on the violation. The Missouri Department of Revenue has adopted various point values for different types of criminal offenses and moving violations. Please call one of our offices to discuss your case. While the amount of information is too much to note here concerning the topic of points, types of violations, suspensions/revocations, Abuse and Lose, Zero Tolerance, DWI's, etc., you may visit our "Resources" tab to learn more information, or just contact one of our offices.
